- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up tasks using CRM software.
- Assist in analyzing sales data and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies.
- Provide support to the marketing team in creating promotional materials, social media campaigns, and email marketing efforts.
- Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in IT services.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated, with a passion for learning and a desire to succeed in sales and business development.
