Key Responsibilities:

2. Client Communication and Coordination:

Assist the business development team in reaching out to prospects and scheduling appointments.

Draft and send follow-up emails or proposals to interested clients.

Maintain communication logs and share status reports on leads and responses.

Participate in client calls or meetings to observe and support senior team members.
3. Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct industry-specific research to understand market trends, customer behavior, and competitor strategies.

Compile research into reports or presentations to support strategic planning.

Analyze feedback from prospects to suggest improvements in approach or product offerings.
4. Support in Campaigns and Outreach:

Help design outreach campaigns, email templates, or pitch decks.

Coordinate with the marketing team to align business development efforts with ongoing campaigns.

Track and analyze performance of lead generation efforts.
5. Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of interactions with leads and clients.

Update internal trackers and CRM systems regularly.

Share weekly progress reports with your reporting manager.
