Designation : Business Development Intern
( Only for people based out of Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai & MMRDA region ) Outside candidates strictly NO NEED TO APPLY
You will be part of the Business Development & Growth Team
Business Development Intern will play a critical role in driving the growth of the agency by generating leads, creating funnels, and helping senior team members in closing deals.
Education: Graduation or Bachelor's Degree in advertising, marketing or a relevant field (Mandatory)
Experience: Fresher to 6 months of sales / business development internship experience from Digital Marketing Agency Background
This is a 4 months Full Time Internship followed by an offer of Business Development Executive based on the performance during the internship
Key Responsibilities:
· Growing business through the development of new leads and new contacts.
· Attending networking events to attract and retain clients.
· Identifying new revenue opportunities.
· Building business relationships with current and potential clients.
· Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to grow business.
· Maintaining and updating sales, marketing, and business development documentation.
· Collaborating with management on sales goals.
· Support the team with other responsibilities as required.
· Generate leads through cold calling, email, and social media
· Qualify leads by conducting research and determining their fit with our services
· Follow up with leads to schedule meetings and discuss their needs
· Help understand client needs and provide input for building pitches with management.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and progress in our CRM
Qualifications:
· Interested or looking to develop a career in the Digital Marketing field.
· Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a similar field.

· Excellent verbal and written communication
· Knowledge and proficient usage of Microsoft Office
· Able to work independently and is a self-starter
