Job Description
Role and Responsibilities:
- Good knowledge on Pre and Post sales activities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good real estate industry knowledge
- Lead generation follow-up
- Will be managing our commercial real estate sales.
- Daily tracking of sales, outstanding, prospect list, site visit summary & reference updates.
- Update Leads on software.
- Should be enthusiastic to learn and grow.
Skills :
- Good Analytical, Organizational and Communication skills
- Should have independently structured deals/transactions.
- Ability to multi-task, work independently and network with outside agencies, developers, fund houses etc.
- Basic proficiency with MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Should have able to Speak English, Hindi, Kannada and Telugu
- P.S. Should have a Two Wheeler.
