Job Description
- Tele-calling and sending emails to new & existing clients to generate leads and referrals
- Cold calling potential customers and building relationships
- Explain about the company and the services offered (required training will be provided).
- Maintain call logs & contact information for further follow-up via emails and calls
- Establish customer needs and selling products accordingly
- Generate business leads and following up on sales opportunities
- Arrange meetings with clients and carrying out product demonstrations
- Follow up swiftly on sales inquiries and sending out information
- Work closely with other teams to develop new business
- Research the market and identifying potential target customers
- Client relationship management
