Job Description – Business Development Intern / Executive

Company Type: MNC operating in 5 countries
Work Mode: Work From Home (Initially)
Salary Range (Probation): ₹7,000 – ₹15,000 + Performance Incentives
Post-Probation Salary: ₹2.5 to ₹4 LPA + Incentives
Eligibility: Freshers or max 6 months experience with BBA, BA, BCom, BCA, or business-domain degrees only
Role Type: Full-time | Business Roles Only

About the Opportunity

We are an MNC operating across 5 countries, hiring highly energetic Business Development Interns/Executives for our growing business division.
This role is designed for candidates who want to build a strong career in business development, client management, sales support, and global business operations.
The position offers training, mentorship, incentives, and international client exposure, making it an excellent opportunity for freshers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Daily telecalling for lead generation, follow-ups, and customer communication

  • Handling email inquiries, client responses, and documentation

  • Providing pre-sales and post-sales support to clients

  • Communicating with domestic and international clients professionally

  • Performing social media marketing activities, posting updates, and responding to leads

  • Maintaining CRM entries, reports, and daily follow-up trackers

  • Coordinating with sales, marketing, and operations teams

  • Learning and explaining IT & software products to clients (training provided)

  • Conducting market research and identifying new business opportunities

  • Ensuring strong customer satisfaction with timely follow-ups

Required Skills & Eligibility
  • Freshers or candidates with max 6 months experience

  • Only graduates from BBA, BA, BCom, BCA, or business-domain degrees

  • Excellent spoken and written communication

  • Strong telecalling confidence

  • Professional email handling skills

  • Basic knowledge of social media marketing

  • Ability to understand/explain IT/software products

  • Good customer handling, documentation, and follow-up discipline

  • Time management, punctuality, and willingness to learn
