Job Description

We are pleased to offer you an Internship with Lex Terrae Sarana & Associates, Pune, a consultancy firm specializing in legal matters related to land and real estate development.

Terms of Internship:
Position: Intern (Undergraduate)
Location: Narayan Peth Branch, Pune – 411030.
Duration: From ______________ to ______________ (____ months).
Working Schedule: Alternate days – office work and field work.
Transport Facility: Vehicle and fuel will be provided by the firm.
Stipend & Incentives:

Monthly stipend of ₹5000/- (as per industry standards).
Additional performance-based incentives linked with wellness and profits.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Meeting developers, promoters, and builders to present company proposals.
Assisting in office work including client communication, follow-ups, and documentation.
Drafting and supporting preparation of legal conveyance documents such as Leave & Licence Agreements, Sale Deeds, Release Deeds, Gift Deeds, Shop Act Licences, etc.
Learning professional client handling and office communication.

Confidentiality: During the course of the internship, you may have access to confidential information. You are required to maintain strict confidentiality of all such information even after completion of your internship.
Completion Certificate: On successful completion of your internship, the firm will issue you a formal Internship Completion Certificate.
Future Employment:

o This internship does not in itself create an employer–employee relationship.

o However, if you demonstrate willingness and ability to contribute effectively in the business of the firm, you may be offered employment on a probationary basis for 6 (six) months.

o Upon satisfactory completion of the probationary period, you will be considered for permanent employment with Lex Terrae Sarana & Associates.
