Job Description
Startup: Perfectly Good
Location: Bengaluru (Indiranagar / Koramangala / HSR focus)
Duration: 1–2 months (extendable)
Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹10,000 per month
Commitment: ~30 hours per week
About Perfectly GoodPerfectly Good is a Bengaluru based startup helping cafés and bakeries sell their end of day surplus food instead of throwing it away.
We’re starting with a focused city pilot and looking for someone energetic to help us onboard local cafés and grow early users.
What You’ll DoThis is a field focused role. You’ll work closely with the founder.
Your responsibilities include:
Visiting cafés & bakeries to explain Perfectly Good
Onboarding cafés for pilot participation
Distributing flyers in targeted areas
Speaking with potential users offline
Helping manage WhatsApp communication
Updating daily tracking sheets
Sharing daily progress updates
You will be directly involved in launching and growing the pilot in Bengaluru.
Who This Is ForWe’re looking for someone who:
Is comfortable speaking to new people
Can confidently approach cafés & customers
Is proactive and self-driven
Is available ~30 hours per week
Lives in or near the target pilot areas
Speaks English and Kannada (preferred)
No prior startup experience required but confidence and initiative are essential.
