Passionate personal finance professional required for a very reputed investment firm. Above market compensation offered: Rs 40,000 – 90,000 per month (Fixed 20-50k/ month)

Job Profile:

• Meet with HR and Admin Heads of MNCs for conducting seminars regarding tax savings, investment and insurance portfolio management of employees.
  
• Conduct Seminars at MNCs, give presentations on taxation and personal finance. Handling queries and providing suggestion on tax savings in such seminars. (4-6 seminars a month).
  
• Carry out group Medi claim surveys and investment health check-up for corporates and potential clients.
  
• Visit HNIs and corporate employees to advice and provide solutions to investment and taxation needs.
  
• Manage relationships with existing clients and providing them regular updates on changes in taxation (esp. salaried professionals).
  
• Contribute to blogs on tax saving strategy and personal finance matters.
  
• Coordinate with Insurance companies and investment companies for handling client queries on need basis. 

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Energetic and bright persons with a knack business development and understanding needs of clients and providing professional advice.
  
• Good Knowledge and understanding of personal finance and direct taxation.
  
• Ability to speak on public platform and address queries of a live audience on taxation matters.
  
• Loves traveling locally in the city, exploring new places and developing professional connects.

Required Experience:

• Passionate about acquiring new clients and maintaining relationship with existing clientele.
  
• Experience in direct taxation (esp. for salaried professionals) and personol finance of 2 years
  

 Desired qualification:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost Accountant (CWA) or Semi qualified CA or CFA or CFP or Commerce Graduate
  

 Compensation:

• Total salary: Rs. 40,000 to 90,000 per month (Fixed and Variable).
  

Break up:

• Fixed salary of 25,000 to 50,000 per month (depending education and experience of candidate)
  

Variable Components:

• Seminar/ Event Completion: Rs 5,000/- per event completed through self-generated lead and Rs 2,000/- per event completed through lead provided by firm
  
• Sales Incentive: 15% of firms turnover billed through self-generated lead and 5% of firm’s turnover billed through lead provided by firm.
