- Attends conferences, meetings and business events.
- Developing quotes and suggestions for clients.
- Develop goals for the development team and business growth and ensure that they are met.
- Train staff and help team members develop their skills.
- Call on allocated leads
- Maintaining database and recording matters for business development process
- Work on CRM
- Research regarding existing and prospective clients , competitors activity and market trends.
