Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct market research around the training program offerings by the company
2. Set, plan and execute social media and communication campaigns and strategies
3. Provide engaging text, image and video content for all social media accounts
4. Conduct Drone pilot training awareness sessions
5. Follow up with the interested audience to join the training
6. Perform cold emailing & calling to the interested audience
7. Maintain an understanding of new educational and training techniques and methods
8. Specialize in the industry and keep current on the activities and needs of the drone industry by attending regular meetings, conferences, and seminars
9. Help training team to modify or create course materials and training manuals to meet specific training needs
10. Work on regular review on existing training materials and updates
11. Work with managers to address learning issues, instruction problems, or new educational needs
12. Build training awareness
13. Learn about your audience and what they want, expect, and need in terms of content, training, service, and support
14. Build one-on-one relationships with trainees
15. Create external engagement
16. Monitor, track, and report on feedback and online reviews
17. Organize and manage events to boost training awareness
