Job Description
Designation: Business Development
Responsibilities include:
1. Answer the calls/chats politely and professionally to provide information about services through different communication channels
2. Receive the order, understand the requirements, and provide a price quote
3. Build rapport with the client, convince him about the best service quality offered, and ensure that the client books his order with us
4. Perform the registration process for clients without any errors
5. Make reminder calls to clients, send follow-up emails, and schedule appointments
6. Keep records of customer interactions and different transactions, and record details of complaints, comments, and inquiries
7. Follow up to ensure that appropriate action has been taken on customer requests and complaints
8. Escalate unresolved customer requests, and pass on grievances to higher departments for further investigation and clarification
9. Choose the best solution to solve a problem by rectifying, adjusting, and also following up to ensure proper resolution
10. Get feedback and quality assurance on identified or unidentified errors
11. Assist in sales or get hold of potential customers by answering product and service questions, and pitching any new product or service the company may be providing
12. Analyze the customer needs and recommend the best available offers based on those needs
