Key Responsibilities
- Business Development & Pre-Sales: Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through direct contact, referrals, and collaboration with the marketing team.
- Proposal & Report Writing: Prepare business proposals, reports, and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Client Acquisition: Procure new clients by actively engaging through meetings, calls, and follow-ups.
- Networking & Prospecting: Attend industry events, networking activities, and research opportunities to connect with potential clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain meaningful and long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Opportunity Identification: Analyze market trends and client needs to identify profitable business opportunities.
- Feedback Implementation: Gather and review client feedback and work with internal teams to implement necessary improvements.
