Job Description

 Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:


1. Development and implementation of solicitation strategies and campaigns for new clients
2. Prospecting / initiating calls to potential clients and influencers (this includes cold calling)
3. Taking initial calls from potential clients
4. Organizing and participating in discovery meetings with potential clients Maintaining up-to-the-moment information through the reporting database (Pipedrive or other)
5. Creating Strategic Plans, Schedules, Budgets and Sales Goals
6. Tracking and reporting on performance success through predetermined KPIs
7. Writing discovery letters and proposals - autonomously and as a team
8. Responding to RFPs for IT services- autonomously and as a team
 

Qualifications

1. A Basic Understanding of sales or customer service is preferred
2. Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices
3. Problem-solving attitude
4. Excellent communication skills
5. Aptitude for fostering positive relationships
6. Teamwork and leadership skills
7. Customer-oriented mindset
