Designation: Business Development
Responsibilities include:
1. Handling & maintaining customer's database
2. Calling customers & working on lead generation
3. Handling the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
4. Handling outbound and inbound sales calls
5. Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold callings, networking, and social media
6. Creating quotations & working on qualified leads
7. Following up on emails to clients
8. Handling website chat
