Job Description
Responsibilities include:
1. Manage renewals process & timely support for a defined territory of customers
2. Provide management with performance feedback
3. Serve as a resource to other organizations for process and policy questions
4. Troubleshoot problems and escalate as necessary
5. Assist in key indicator reporting and trend analysis
6. Meet productivity requirements on outbound calls for renewals
7. Understand the business use of Replicon products, services, and future directions
1. are available for full-time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 7th Jul'22 and 11th Aug'22
3. are available for a duration of 6 months
4. are from or open to relocating to Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Vijayawada, and neighboring cities
5. have relevant skills and interests
1. Only BA 2021-22 pass-out
2. Must be willing to work in North American shifts (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM)
3. Bachelor's degree in any Arts or related field required
4. Experience in Sales/renewals in a B2B/B2C environment (handling international customers preferred)
5. Excellent communication skills / active listening skills
6. Passion for sales, customer handling, and target-oriented
7. Demonstrated ability to work in collaboration with others to achieve goals
8. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
9. Excellent time management skills
10. Demonstrated proficiency with e-mail, computers, Word, Excel, and the Internet
