Responsibilities include:
1. Supervise the sales process in order to attract new clients.
2. Identify and manage risks in collaboration with senior team members.
3. Maintain successful customer connections and efficiently handle their demands.
4. Prepare and present pitches to prospective investors.
5. Encourage a collaborative culture inside the organization.
6. Investigate companies and individuals in quest of fresh prospects.
7. Increase the worth of existing consumers while recruiting new ones.
8. Find and grow new markets, as well as increase sales
9. Participate at conferences, meetings, and industry events
10. Create client quotations and proposals.
11. Set and achieve goals for the development team and business growth.
12. Personnel training and skill development for team members
