Business Development Jobs Opening in Parallel Minds at Pune
Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in identifying potential leads and prospects through market research, online databases, and networking for lead generation
2. Contact potential clients via phone, email, or other communication channels to introduce our products or services during the prospecting phase
3. Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential customers, providing exceptional customer service and support in Customer Relationship Management
4. Research industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to refine sales strategies through market research
5. Prepare and analyze sales reports and data to track progress and identify areas for improvement in Sales Reporting
6. Assist with administrative tasks such as maintaining customer records, scheduling appointments, and managing sales documents
7. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience through Collaboration
8. Meet with potential customers, schedule product demos, and participate in Proposal Development
Requirements:
1. Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in business, marketing, or a related field
2. A basic understanding of sales principles and techniques is a plus
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
5. Detail-oriented and organized
6. Passion for continuous learning and staying abreast of industry advancements
7. Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced sales environment
8. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
9. Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
10. Ethical and committed to doing what is right
