About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Sales and Negotiation Skills: Ability to effectively pitch recruitment services to potential clients, negotiate terms, and close deals
2. Market Knowledge: Understanding of the recruitment market, industry trends, and competitor activities
3. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with corporate clients, present proposals, and maintain professional correspondence
4. Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored recruitment solutions
5. Strategic Thinking: Capability to devise and implement strategic business development plans to acquire new clients and expand the company's business
6. Networking: Proficiency in networking to generate leads, attend industry events, and forge connections with potential clients
