Job Description
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets
.• Browse through various freelancing job sites and identify potential opportunities and bid for it.
• Build and nurture client relationships through calls, meetings, and presentations.
• Collaborate with the internal team to prepare proposals, quotations, and scope documents.
• Drive the entire sales cycle – from lead generation to closing deals.
• Attend industry events, webinars, and networking sessions to generate leads.
• Maintain CRM tools and prepare periodic sales performance reports
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:

Identify potential clients and business opportunities through research, cold calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms (LinkedIn, company websites, directories, etc.).

Initiate conversations with decision-makers and set up meetings to present products or services.

Attend industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to generate leads and market presence.
2. Sales and Client Acquisition:

Present, promote, and sell company products/services to potential clients based on their needs.

Conduct meetings, product demonstrations, and sales presentations to explain the value proposition.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreement in line with company policies.
3. Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients.

Act as a liaison between the customer and internal departments (operations, support, product teams).

Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and explore additional business opportunities (upselling/cross-selling).
4. Market Research and Analysis:

Understand market trends, customer behavior, and industry developments.

Track competitor offerings, pricing, and strategies to refine sales tactics.

Provide feedback to senior management on customer needs, market challenges, and product positioning.
5. Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, proposals, and deal closures in CRM systems.

Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline status.

Monitor and report on sales goals, conversion ratios, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
6. Target Achievement:

Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets set by the company.

Participate in regular reviews, performance meetings, and planning sessions.

Collaborate with team members to develop territory-specific strategies for market penetration.
7. Product Knowledge and Training:

Continuously update knowledge about company offerings, pricing structures, and value-added services.

Participate in product training, workshops, and team briefings to stay informed.

Confidently answer client queries and handle objections with facts and persuasion.
