  • Analyzing potential market, Develop Sales & Marketing strategy to achieve business plan to acquire new client.
  • A sales manager is also responsible for brand promotion. He must make the product popular amongst the consumers.
Project Management :
  • Undertake pre-sales  activities like: Market understanding, Research,  Positioning, market analysis, Identification of prospect, Targeting needs etc.
  • Designing developing Project Management System
  • Sales activities like active and manage in bidding portals, cold calling from the data generated by pre-sales, business evaluation, requirement discussion, follow up calls/mails/Skype, proposal – negotiation – final proposal, closure,

Team Management:
  • Motivating team members is one of the most important duties of a sales manager. He needs to make his team work as a single unit working towards a common objective. Forecast business plans and objectives .
