Job Description

We are looking for fresh minded and active candidates for the following job description:
The post we are hiring for is Business Development Manager. The post will involve three months of training period during which they will have to do direct sales, for which we will provide the necessary product knowledge and marketing training.

During the training period they will hold the post of Management Trainee, after which they will be promoted to Business Development Manager (BDM) upon successful completion of assigned tasks. When they are promoted to BDM they will have to do recruitment, training, follow-up and Team Management.
