You’ll be responsible for reaching out to potential users, explaining our offerings, and assisting them with onboarding. If you enjoy talking to people, convincing them, and learning the art of business development – this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to leads and explain Kamzo’s services.
• Follow up with interested users and resolve their queries.
• Maintain daily call records and update lead status in Excel/CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and follow-through.
• Gather user feedback and report key insights to the team.
