Business Development-US IT Recruitment.

  • Night Shifts and ability to Relocate to different Job location as per company requirements.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Develop new client accounts (Direct / Tier 1 Partners) for IT staffing business in USA.
  • Acquisition of new accounts & client management.
  • Develop Client(s) contact through outbound sales calls, networking, meetings, etc.
  • Maintain senior level client contacts on daily basis.
  • Generating leads for new business by various channels.
  • Client relationship Management & strengthening business in the existing accounts.
  • Tracking new clients in various industries, approaching them, giving proposals & closing the deal.
  • Effectively communicate client information and insights to team.
  • Analyze statistical data related to clients business and industry to identify market trends.
  • Responsible for fixing and making the meetings with the clients to generate the business.
  • Respond to client inquiry, consistently prospecting, following, and closing new job openings.
  • Schedule and attend client meetings, ensuring that number of meetings meets targets as set by management.
  • Deliver an excellent client experience at all times, ensuring client needs are met or exceeded.
  • Responsible for other allied works as assigned from time to time by your reporting authority.
  • Excellent knowledge in Job portal searches.
  • Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Expertise in sourcing through Job Boards, Social Media, Networking, Referrals and LinkedIn groups/ Projects.
  • Efficient in handling bulk requirements with direct clients.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills; self-starter with high standards in any given task.
  • Proficient in using online tools ( Dice, Monster, Indeed, Zip Recruiter, Techfetch, Career builder etc.) and social networking websites like LinkedIn, Facebook for searching candidates.
  • Experienced in all aspects of full-cycle recruiting to include requirement gathering, sourcing, resume evaluation, phone screening, interviewing, salary, and extending offers.
  • Acting as first point-of-contact for consultant and maintains monthly contact with consultant.
  • Ensuring that adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

  • Must have efficient clients' contacts to get the desired Job openings/Leads.
  • Ability to sell IT Staffing services to clients to meet business targets.
  • Graduates with minimum experience of 5 years in IT staffing business development in the US market.
  • Must have prior relationships with Tier-1 Partners / End Clients with a consistent track record of placements with them in the US market.
  • Working experience with W2, 1099 and Corp-2-corp Candidates.(Preferred)
  • Flexible working in different time zones in order to cater the Global client's needs as per their convenient timings.
  • Good command in verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent Negotiation skills.
  • Good in Relationship management with clients/vendors and consultants.
  • Excellent analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Should be highly adaptable to new technologies and business environment.
