Job Description:
- Strong familiarity with local Commercial/ Corporate Real Estate market and Infrastructure expansion
- Identify new clients/ prospects and build upon information collated
- Develop and nurture harmonious relationship with existing/new clients though proactive calls, personal meetings, build network
- Build Proposals and presentations for assigned enquiries
- Arrange and conduct Site/ Building Inspections smoothly in terms of planning, punctuality, access to the premises etc.
- Initiate meetings & negotiations ensuring Client, Developer/Landlord and Senior managers are well represented at table
- Close Transactions, Assist in documentation and Lease Due diligence
- Achieve the agreed Revenue target in terms of fees earned
- Participate in daily/weekly/ monthly reviews, prepare reports and discuss new avenues of generating business.
Essentials:
- Graduates or Post Graduates from Commerce / Management / Business / Science / Engineering
- Relevant experience in Corporate / Commercial Sales
- Good Sales / Marketing Skills
- Excellent Behavioral and Communication skills
- Strong MS Office skills especially Excel and Power-point.
- Strong business ethics, integrity and positive attitude
- Speak English fluently.
- Knowledge of local language will be added advantage
- Candidate Should have own Vehicle
