Roles & Responsibilities
Advise In this highly visible role the candidate will report to the Zonal Manager / City Sales Head
● Identify, develop & manage strategic opportunities to grow the business.
● Drive sales team for strategy and execution for Sales, coordinating across market, acquire partner, Partner’s organizations and the product business units/conducting various drives, activities to generate the business revenue with leading the sale
● Support the management system by regular reporting on business development activity& sales progression on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
● Enable train, engage, advice and mentor and manage sales teams on the Sales & business
Acquisition portfolio, product capabilities and strategy.
Target Industries
* Telecom, Insurance, Banking, Medical Equipment Sales, Credit card Sales, NGO fund raising, Automobile Sales, Application Sales.

Requirements:

- Experience 3 to5 years into Field sales/Team handling
- Exceptional communicator in English and Kannada language, influencer who can deliver sales pitch & leading team like a charm.
- Result driven with experience of extremely target centric job preferably from B2C background.
- Must be comfortable in different working shifts.
- Should have Two wheeler & android smart phone .
