Designation: Business Development Manager
Key roles and responsibilities
- Market research to discover domain-specific LML companies, connect with them on different platforms to initiate the talk and propose FAE EV last-mile solutions
- Identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrive at the custom made product/service on basis of the client's operational need
- Finalize commercials based on variables like product, quantity, lock-in tenure with input from management
- Execute the legal documents and onboard clients
- Coordinate with deployment/on-ground/operations team whenever required
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
Required Skills and Abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Experience in sales, marketing, or related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to create and maintain positive working relationships with Clients
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Thorough understanding of company products and logistics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar domain
