Business Development Manager
● Onboard new customers from the assigned region for Digital Marketing Services.
● Prospect relentlessly to build pipeline and strong relationships with prospects.
● Secure new business by developing and presenting relevant solutions that help clients achieve their marketing objectives.
● Leverage your understanding of the digital media space to educate clients on their opportunities.
● Close new business consistently at or above quota expectations
● Create reliable forecasts and be completely transparent with management on your pipeline status.
● Generate leads through cold calling, e-mail, or other social platforms.
● Follow up with all active and passive inquiries rigorously.
● Solicit cross-selling and up-selling opportunities with customers and generate new business.
● Maintaining a key account with all users and generating new business.
● Serve as the main point of contact for clients.
● Create reports (spreadsheets and slides) and maintain reports for all activities assigned.
