Job Description
- Locate new business opportunities by communicating with prospects and clients via telephone, as well as conducting meaningful and compelling sales presentations to new and existing customers
- Ongoing account management, including client contact with all managerial levels to determine candidate's fit for the assignment and viability to support specific current and future client needs
- Collaborate with multiple markets and corporate accounts team to deliver the best solutions with a client and talent first mentality
- Serve as an industry advisor to clients as it relates to staffing and marketing trends .
- Have strong communication skills, in-person, over the phone and via email
- Job Type: Full-time
Required experience:
- Staffing Business Development: 1 year would be an added advantage.
- Compensation – Based on candidates experience and current remuneration.
- Working Days: 6 days (Alternative Saturdays will be off)
- Timings: 9am to 6pm.
