Job Description
THE ROLE
- As a Business Development Executive at Superset, you will primarily be involved in B2B sales of Superset Placements Automation Platform to colleges/universities in Bangalore/Karnataka.
- The work will require you to engage in all stages of a B2B sale, i.e. email campaigning, calling, writing proposals, engaging with leads, product demonstrations over web conferences, in-person meetings with college placement cell teams and senior management, and maintaining client relations.
- You will be required to frequently travel to colleges in different locations across Karnataka.
- You should apply if you:
- Fresher or Have 1+ years of experience in B2B sales
- Are a confident presenter with good presentation skills and comfortable presenting to senior level management people (ex. chairman, directors, owners, etc.)
- You are a self-starter and enjoy collaboration with others—our work isn’t carried out in a vacuum, and everyone contributes to get the job done
- You understand that making mistakes means you’re learning
- You have a constant desire to grow and develop
- You are passionate about product craftsmanship and care about great customer experience
- You are comfortable in a high-paced environment and can respond to urgent requests
