Job Description
General Responsibilities:
- Identifying new clients and managing existing clients within a given territory
- Maintain daily and timely communication with both company and clients
- Effectively communicate daily with VP Sales on daily activity, client needs and issues.
- Achieve or exceed all designated sales goals as set by company
- Determine client’s needs and customize solutions
- Effectively build and grow client relationships
- Successfully work independently
- Call on potential and established clients on a daily basis to set appointment
- Follow THB sales process for new client on boarding
- Daily data entry into CRM-Temp Works on all calls and client information and communication
- Report to assigned office daily-morning and afternoon hours
- Attend all sales team events and weekly sales team blitzes
- Attend seminars, trainings, and meetings as set by company
- Communicate and conduct safety inspections with Reporting Manager on potential and established clients
