Job Description
To manage branches of the assigned bank .
Ø Initiate business development strategies so as to generate a good volume of business through bank branches.
Ø To achieve sales target.
Ø To maintain a good relationship with bank managers.
Ø Maintain and build a relationship
with the HNI customer of the Bank.
The role is
responsible to coordinate with LIFE business.
Ø Additionally the role is responsible for motivating and coaching channel partner and updating leads in the company LMS system.
Ø Key Responsibilities Managerial Responsibilities Motivating and coaching channel partner staff. Downloading contest to channel partner staff. Product training.
Ø Functional Responsibilities Discuss with a customer about his need. Selling need base product. Meet customer to his giving time. Lead update in the company system.
Ø Coordinate with sales operation team to resolve our cases.
