We are looking for a high-performing Sales / Business Development Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.

• Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
• Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

• Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

Job Qualifications

• Very Hungry for growth and breaking set targets time and again.
  
• Electronic degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience; MBA Preferred.
  
• Industry Experience to support the development and execution of the company’s growth strategy.
  
• Excellent organizational, analytical, problem solving skills.
  
• Exceptional written/verbal communication and presentation skills.
  
• Strong interpersonal, sales and marketing skills as well as demonstrated ability to collaborate across a diverse range of stakeholders.
  
• Must have outstanding multi-tasking and teamwork capabilities, an entrepreneurial mindset, be self-driven and execution focused, able to use financial and forecasting models.
