IDBI FEDERAL LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY LIMITED
JOB DESCRIPTION: Once selected have to undergo certain classes, IRDA exam and a mandatory training as financial advisor achieving certain specified task. Post probation will be promoted as business development team leader and will have to recruit as well as manage the team to carry on daily cores of the company.
SELECTION PROCESS: 1. Shortlisting of resume2. Face to face interview
JOB TYPE: Full-Time
SALARY: Training Process Salary - 12,000 to 15,000 (based on your performance)
After training monthly salary:basic+productivity bonus - 28,000 to 32,000
