 A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER (BDO/SBDO/BI) will be eligible for performance-based fixed as well as variable payout as listed below: 1. Fixed Salary 2. Monthly Active NLA Allowance & Monthly Advisor Activation Allowance 3. Monthly Production Bonus 4. Indirect Team QPB for SBDO/BI (Indirect Team L1 & L2 - Quarterly)
