Job Description
- Good command over English, Hindi and the regional language is required.
- Should possess good communication skills.
- Will have to be manage the day to day operations, i.e., preparation of customer agreements, challan, money receipt, handling of payments, maintaining stock of the equipment's.
- Should be confident in dealing with customer's, in respect to their requirement or queries.
- Monitor the daily working of the department and delivery of equipment's.
- Data entry and tracking Customer queries and other details pertaining to the customer.
- Candidates from the Healthcare or Medical equipment's field will be preferred.
- Team management.
- Should be conversant and fluent in working on excel and word
- Selling of Medical Equipment related to Intensive Care Devices & Respiratory Devices - Patient Monitor, ECG machine, CPAP, Nebulizers and medical accessories and supplies in order to generate lead and close the deal.
- Performed all preventative and corrective maintenance on all equipments required for production facility like Patient monitor, ECG machine, Defibrillator, CPAP, Nebulizers, Ventilator etc.
- Determined repair and modification work needed on equipment as per equipment modalities regulations and protocols.
- Ensured that all customer queries were answered and all complaints resolved within minimum time.
- Performed troubleshoot on equipment and determine the cause of the malfunction.
- Assisting and consulting dealers and nursing administration about products, accessories, CMCs, AMCs and medical supplies.
- Relationship building with key accounts, medical fraternity and channel partners
- Preferably from the healthcare / medical industry.
- Minimum 3 years experience.
- Should have Strong communication/selling skills combined with entrepreneurial abilities
- Should be, preferably, from Lucknow.
- Salary- Purely negotiable(Rs 30k-45k)
