Job Description
- Organizing sales visits.
- Demonstrating and presenting products.
- Establishing new business.
- Maintaining accurate records.
- Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings.
- Reviewing sales performance.
- Negotiating contracts and packages.
- Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets.
- On boarding and Welcoming new clients.
- Understanding the project requirements in co-ordination with the sales team.
- Share the scope of work with clients.
- Co-ordinate with the web development team and update the clients on project status on daily basis.
- Timely delivery of projects.
- Collect the pending money in different stages of projects.
- Up sell existing clients.
- Take up revenue targets every month divided between collections and up sells.
- Should be updated with Digital Marketing and Web development trends in the industry.
- Should have flair of sales and customer service.
- Should be able to win back dissatisfied clients.
- Prepare presentations for client demonstration.
- Create proposals for different services and offer them to the clients.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
- Sent daily, weekly, monthly sales, collections and delivery reports.
- Previous experience of website sales preferred.
