Job Description
- Business Development Manager is responsible to generate leads, develop client relationships and offer proposals convincing the contact about the business services.
- The candidate is responsible for prospecting and generating new sales
- This individual must be highly motivated, self-starter with an ability to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources via third party marketplaces, lead generation, mass mailing & market research, database, etc. sources
- Should be proactive to follow-up with leads.
- Prior experience in interacting with C level Management of the companies and a roldex of contacts would be desirable
- Must have good know-how and exposure with enterprise business development solutions and working with clients/prospects with varying size organizations.
- Must be able to handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
- Must possess a strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Achieve and exceed established monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
- Experience in Internet Marketing and Digital Marketing Services for sales and an understanding of how these apply to business processes.
- We are looking for a highly talented self-motivated individual with excellent oral and presentation skills
- Should be able to work effectively as an individual as well as contribute towards team efforts.
- 1-3 years of experience as Business Development executive preferably in IT industry.
- Any graduation or masters in Business Administration (Marketing)
- Looking for a consultant who can work independently and minimal supervision
- He should update his daily work report along with detailing on new prospects and innovative ideas to bring more sales for the business
