Job Description
Primary responsibilities:-
- Acquiring clients by making sales presentations to HR leaders & recruitment firms across India
- Working on achieving revenue and conversion goals
- Customer relationship management
- Actively contribute to the company's strategy & product roadmap.
- MBA candidates who are sharp, well spoken, customer centric and have the passion to learn & contribute in an emerging startup may apply.
- Excellent communication skills is a necessary requirement.
- Any related prior experience in Recruitment, corporate sales or specialization would be an added advantage.
- Local and domestic travel may be required.
- Should be self-motivated, high on integrity and be passionate to perform and grow significantly
- Suitable candidates may be absorbed on permanent rolls to join the core team with enhanced compensation/ ESOP package in the company.
