Role & Responsibilities:

It’s a profile of working on leads
No cold calling
No Field work
No Tele-calling
BDM will be provide the leads generated by company from various sources like Google adwords, Indiamart, Facebook, Instagram, Webinar etc.
BMD has to work on these given leads through Telephone Calls and E-mails.
Maintaining the data of given leads with current status.
Understanding customer requirement and suggesting him the best products.
Sending him product details and business proposal.
Keeping in touch with prospects and closing the sales.

Products & Services: DMIT Software, Memory Development Training are our flagship products.

Training & Development: BDM will be given complete end to end training covering Products, Technicalities, Selling skills, Objection Handling Skills, Price Positioning Skills, Negotiation Skills, Sales Closing Skills etc.

Remuneration : A fixed salary plus a very lucrative performance linked Incentive
