We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be at the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Job Responsibilities:
- Generate business in the Human Resource/recruitment industry
- Responsible for creating new accounts & generate business from old, dead & new accounts
- Should be capable of doing cold calling
- Hunger to earn money as every successful lead will have a residual incentive for all the business generated
- Should be able to do strong follow up with the client
- Candidates from a consultancy/ BPO hunting background will be preferred
- Managing and developing the account by providing the highest possible levels of customer experience
- Identifying business development opportunities to extend existing or create new revenue streams
Candidate experience:
- Demonstrable track record of recruitment account management preferably within a Recruitment services organization.
- A track record of achieving KPI, revenue, and margin targets
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Required Candidate profile:
- Relevant experience should be in the Staffing business/Recruitment Industry
- Urgent to be closed requirement.
