Job Responsibilities:

• Generate business in the Human Resource/recruitment industry
• Responsible for creating new accounts & generate business from old, dead & new accounts
• Should be capable of doing cold calling
• Hunger to earn money as every successful lead will have a residual incentive for all the business generated
• Should be able to do strong follow up with the client
• Candidates from a consultancy/ BPO hunting background will be preferred
• Managing and developing the account by providing the highest possible levels of customer experience
• Identifying business development opportunities to extend existing or create new revenue streams

Candidate experience:

• Demonstrable track record of recruitment account management preferably within a Recruitment services organization.
• A track record of achieving KPI, revenue, and margin targets
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Required Candidate profile:

• Relevant experience should be in the Staffing business/Recruitment Industry
• Urgent to be closed requirement.
