Job Summary

  • We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. 
  • You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. 
  • The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Responsible for New Lead Generation and approach new businesses with proposals
  • Proven track record in software related sales with a demonstrated ability to negotiate with clients.
  • Should have knowledge on bidding portals like upwork, guru, elance etc.
  • Should have experience in sale of Software Products/Services to Corporates.
  • Exposure on project proposals, preparing presentations for Clients
  • Develop and manage new and existing clients by providing high caliber of service, explore and identify all their needs.
  • Should have In-depth knowledge and experience within a variety of industries and services.
  • Flexible to Travel for business meetings.
  • Infectious energy and enthusiasm (an absolute requirement!)
  • Person should be self-motivated and ready to take challenges.Excellent communication (verbal and written both) and convincing skills are must.
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Develop entry level staff into valuable sales.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

  • Good Communication Skills
  • Minimum languages (English, Telugu and Hindi)
  • Qualification : Any Bachelors Degree (MBA preferable)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the related field.
