Job Profile For Business Development Manager:

•             Identify new business opportunities - including New Markets, Customers, Vendors, Price, Growth Areas, and Trends etc.

•             Day to day planning of Marketing 

•             Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these

•             Customer relationship development and coordination with customers for order taking on daily basis

•             Train members of your team, arranging external training where appropriate

•             Discuss promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department

•             Liaise with the Finance and Operation Team and other departments.

•             Building trust and long-term relationships with clients/customers

•             Visting Office to Office and Explaining about our Company Introduction, Our Services and to generate leads.

Key Skills For Business Development Manager:

•             Previous business experience within the international and/or domestic courier industry maybe required.

•             A Business Development Manager requires excellent transaction negotiation and closing skills.

•             You will be required to have sound commercial insight and experience and be able to demonstrate strong analytical and interpersonal skills when dealing with clients.

•             Team leadership and management skills are very import elements of the Business Development Manager’s job.
