- Salary: 1,20,000 – 3,00,000 P.A.
- Should have good tie up with clients based on
her earlier work experience.
- Prospect for potential new clients and turn this
into increased business.
- Cold call as appropriate within your market or
geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining
and leveraging your network.
- Identify potential clients and the decision
makers within the client organization.
- Research and build relationships with new
clients.
- Set up meetings between client decision makers
and company practise leaders/ principles.
- Plan approaches and pitches.
- Should be able to place our trained candidates
within the organization of his clients based on the candidate’s skills.
- Forecast the Candidates ability and client’s
requirement, matchup’s and work so.
- Work with technical staff and other internal
colleagues to meet customer needs.
- Arrange and participate in internal and external
client debrief.
- Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data
is accurate.
- Forecast the targets of the trained candidates
to be placed and make sure to meet up with the targets in time.
- Strong influencing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication
skills.
- Positive Body Language.
- Strong networking skills and having a
well-connected personal network.
- Organised multi-tasker and strong task master.
- Ability to work with senior leadership.
- Note: Should have 2 wheeler
