- We have urgent requirement for the profile of BDM:
- Position :Business Development Manager
- Experience:2-6 Years of relevant experience.
- Location:Mohali
- Position Type:Permanent
- Salary Package:3 -5 LPA ( Negotiable
- Proven track record of managing online bidding channels (like Upwork ( Odesk + Freelance ) guru,PPH etc.) to generate leads and converting prospectus to clients.
- Able to do online bidding through Upwork(Freelance + Odesk), Guru etc and other Bidding sites
- Responding to RFIs / RFQs to various client requests.
- Creating a comprehensive proposal detailing, estimates, milestones etc.
- Identifying client requirements and offering them with latest technological and attractive proposals.
- Be a part of complete sales process starting from Bidding, negotiating and closure of the deal.
- Proposal writing, follow up, requirement gathering, link between the development, designing, team and client.
- Project price estimation, quote, proposal creation, talking with Client and closure.
- Building & strengthening relationships with prospective client.
- Confidently have to make cold call to prospective clients and manage the sales cycle.
- Coordination b/w Technical Team and Client
- Involvement in whole Development Life Cycle
- Work directly with development team to ensure on-time delivery and implementation of the Software solution
- Excellent English Written as well as verbal communication skills
- Be self-motivated and target oriented
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent Negotiation Skills
