Job Description

• The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company.
  
• This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills.
  
• They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.  
  

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Identify partnership opportunities with colleges, universities and other relevant coaching institutes
• Work with and expand current prospect database within specified business sectors to generate effective leads & exceed sales targets for the business
• Develop a sales contact plan direct marketing, and attending industry events to build relationships with key prospects
• Respond to incoming requests for information and admission in a professional and creative manner
• Work closely with colleagues to identify common new business prospects and cross-sell
• Keep abreast of competition and competition’s strategy to be able to ensure control of market share and seek new relations and methods of product enhancement and client satisfaction

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent 
• 1 - 2 years' prior industry related business development experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
• Focused and goal-oriented
