  • Job Title: Business Development Manager

  • Reporting: CEO
  • Experience: 3-4 years
  • Pay : 6,00,000 INR + Incentives
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Identify and approach potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organisation and build profitable relationships with them.
  • Identify business trends and potential opportunities for campaigns, services anddistribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
  • General support for all programs and partnerships
  • Research assignments to provide strategic input for the development of the program.Identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
  • Liaison with clients and partners
  • Prepare and develop partnership proposals that speak to the client’s needs, concerns &objectives, participate in pricing decisions and follow-up to ensure that partnerships drivethe right level of ROI for Mosaic
  • Handle online and offline marketing initiatives and deliverables
  • Respond to inquiries and general emails about MosaicQualifications/Skills:● Bachelors Degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of 4 years experience
  • Communications, Business Development or Marketing experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Leadership, sales and marketing skills
  • Ability to multi-task, problem solve and work in tight deadlines
  • Passion for meeting new people and building relationships
  • Self-motivated with a positive mindset. Ability to work independently and reliably.
