Job Description
- We are looking for Smart, Outgoing and Enterprising candidates who can liason with various Institutes & Corporates for training programs.
- The Role will give a wide exposure to learn and interact with various verticals in the organization including Product Development, Marketing and Delivery.
- Identify, develop & acquire relationships with key influencers and stakeholders in Education Sector as well as Corporate.
- Creating Proposals in line with Client Requirement.
- Proactively identify and source new business opportunities in line with company’s growth plan and strategic priorities.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competition, and products related to our business proposition.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Company products and services.
- Co-ordinating training programs.
- Ensuring timely delivery of Assessment reports & other material.
- Provide market intelligence and strategic input to senior management.
- Maintain customer/potential customer contact lists and update the same on a regular basis
- Overseeing the development of marketing literature.
- Writing reports.
- Providing management with timely feedback.
- Strong academic record. Graduate/MBA from Tier –2/3 institute
- Strong knowledge on Microsoft Excel, Power Point & Office
- Ability to work and achieve revenue targets
- Sales driven and results driven. Strong closing skills is a must.
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Excellent prospecting and networking skills
- Market knowledge and presentation skills is a must
