- b2c sales, inbound & outbound
- Making outbound calls on enquiries made
- Listening to their complaints
- Suggesting & Cross selling one of the paid services
- Explaining the procedure that will be followed for complaint
redressal
- Sharing of proposal & follow up for fee deposit
- Attending inbound calls of consumer for new complaints
- Following the same procedure
- Customer service to the clientele and ensuring all client queries are
answered by closing leads
- Reporting the same in excel
