Designation: Business Development Manager
Qualification:- Degree in marketing, communications (journalism, public relations) – or
equivalent work experience. MBA’s with law degree preferred.
Salary:- 40-45K PM
Experience:- 5-7 Years exp in Law firm
Location :- Panchkula
Gender:- Male
Responsibilities
• Provide strategic direction with regard to all marketing, business development and
communications activities.
• Develop, define and disseminate clear positioning the Firm practice pan India.
• Develop the marketing and Business Development components Pan India.
• Maintaining current client relationships and identifying potential clients.
• Researching trends and creating new opportunities to increase Firm business.
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
• Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings.
• Planning and preparing presentations (Power Point)
• Continuous improvement of the Firms website content (internal and external) and
press releases.
• Writing reports.
• Providing feedback on Weekly basis.
Job Requirements
Essential Criteria:
•
• A minimum of five to seven years’ experience in a marketing or business
development role in a law firm.
• Experience working with partners/senior executives in a professional services
firm.
• Previous experience in a managerial role.
Technical & Personal Skills:
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent writing skills and ability to prepare specialized written materials.
• Strong judgment and ability to make well-reasoned independent decisions.
• Self-motivated and independent, able to work with a minimum of supervision.
